Marketing Supervisor

Job description / Role

Our client is a private limited company, established in 1982 in the UAE, with more than 30 years experience in cigarette trading. During this time, the company has become one of the UAE's leading enterprises in tobacco products, including in its business activity all aspects of manufacturing, distributing and exporting, primarily in the MENA region.

Since 2014 our client has undergone a project upgrading its manufacturing capabilities on major scale, including optimization of all related manufacturing processes and a significant increase of the installed production capacity.

It is an exciting time to join this esteemed company and due to their rapid expansion there is a requirement for a Marketing Supervisor with FMCG experience to join the team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive market research and analytics production
- Presenting facts, figures and reports to senior management
- Communication with all aspects of the marketing department in order to provide consistent and efficient results
- Preparation of data in an accurate and timely manner so as to inform the senior management of company progress
- Develop new products from all stages of process - from initial idea to final launch

Requirements

- Knowledge of tobacco trade markets
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in working in a multi-national environment
- Confident in dealing with both retail and consumer products
- Knowledgeable in the principles and tools of market research
- Degree in marketing or equivalent
