Job description / Role
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be responsible for initiating the launch of a financial comparison website .You will Plan, strategize and execute Online Marketing plan websites brand awareness and lead generation. Because this is a new brand in the Middle East market, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the company's sales plan, design, development and implementation of data and digital marketing activities.
You will work with external agencies to build the company's online presence to help increase brand awareness and ensure the company receives the positive attention it needs to stay one-step ahead of the competition.
You main responsibilities will be to
- Determine new opportunities identifying Gaps in the market and where the company could fulfill these gaps
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the various products and monetisation elements built across the companies various websites.
- Develop & Design Marketing strategies in conjunction with the Agencies and oversee its execution.
- Devise and oversee Content Generation for use on various social media tools and technologies
- Assist the Chairman and Business Advisor in continuously evaluating monetisation opportunities across all the Websites owned by the company.
- Market Research and competition analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Identify new partnerships and execute approved documentation with them
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Good commercial skills and the ability to negotiate contractual and technical matters
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Extrovert Personality
- Highly motivated by sales and revenue success in a target driven role
- Local UAE Market experience is preferred.
- Have a good awareness of the financial Services industry and the local real estate and dot com business
- Must be willing to roll up sleeves and work,
- This is not a team management role but a business management role
- A Minimum of 4 years overall Work Experience
