Job description / Role
Marketing and PR Coordinator,
AED 17,000 to AED 19,500 per month
Dubai, UAE
Our global well know client is currently seeking a Marketing and PR Coordinator for their office in Dubai.
As the Marketing and PR Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager across all Marketing initiatives for The Middle East.
As the ideal candidate it is essential that you have strong PR and Project Management experience, are able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders expectations. You will have generalist marketing experience and must be strong in communication and content writing.
Some other responsibilities will include:
Developing our clients reputation within the region.
Client relationship management.
Responsible for events and conferences.
Support on PR/Media Relations.
Support on Alumni Relations.
Actively working with the marketing assistant in order to keep information clean and up to date.
Coordinate client mailings.
Keep up to date with our clients latest content and topics to be able to help with publication requests from Middle East staff.
Update the Website.
Requirements
Criteria:
Minimum 4 years Marketing/PR work experience at a similar level, within professional services.
A relevant undergraduate university degree.
Must currently reside in the UAE.
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability.
Independence: ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment.
Very strong verbal communication skills.
Strong team-spirit and resilience and ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
High degree of flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment.
Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests.
High attention to detail.
Arabic speaker desirable but not essential.
