Master Technician - Diesel Generators - FAMCO - (2X )Dammam, (2X) Jeddah, (2X)Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

To be able to carry out routine service work, troubleshoot and diagnose fault conditions, perform general overhauling and to work consistently and safely on Power Generators; to provide excellent customer service to new and existing accounts; to grow the service business and support and encourage growth in the sales of units.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Self-motivated and able to work under own supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer Knowledge
- Be able to produce consistently high quality of work to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction As much of the work is field-based, self-motivation and flexibility are essential.
- Experience on multi units / Synchronization & Load Sharing operation
- Products covered are mainly Himoinsa Generators from 16kVA - 2,000kVA, along with other OEM Diesel-powered Generator Sets, plus lighting towers, control systems and accessories
- Ability to diagnose faults and recommend accurate and effective repair solutions
- Ability to understand and implement manufacturer's standard working instructions within specified repair times
- Upgrading/programming of DG set controllers
- Overhauling & Rebuilding of DG sets
- On job training to customers
- Stock maintenance & Pre delivery Inspection of DG sets
- Maintaining Service & repair records
- Be familiar with appropriate use of workshop equipment and special tools
- To be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of electrical components and detailed wiring diagrams.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Electrically qualified
- Minimum Experience:10 years experience on maintenance and repair of power generators
- Job-Specific Skills: Excellent electrical, mechanical and controls experience plus a Driving License
- Behavioural Competencies : Team player with the ability to work safely and possibly alone, in industrial environments.
