The RoleThe RoleObjective: Materials testing and pavement design Main Responsibilities: • Materials testing and pavement design in different types of terrain and soils with different types of traffic loading • Conduct geotechnical investigation with contractors • Check site samples and calculations of mix materials • Attend material testing on site or Laboratory • Submit reports with any deviations from specifications Reporting to : Resident Manager Other interactions : contractors, engineers on site Number required : 2 Duration : Permanent position Desired start date : As soon as available |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : B.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering or relevant field Previous experience : Min. of 10 years of experience in material testing and pavement design Specialist Knowledge : Experience in asphalt pavement overlay techniques Other Skills : Leadership, good writing and reporting skills Ideal Age Range : 35-45 Gender Preference : Male Nationality Preference: Lebanon Language Skills : English, Arabic |
