Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting for a Maximo Performance Administrator to review asset data, integrity and develop reports to demonstrate various performance criteria. These reports are to be shown in an agreed dashboard arrangement including tables, graphs and narrative. The key responsibilities of this role will include elements of; developing reports that demonstrate that assets have associated work plans and maintenance strategies. The production of reports that highlight both completed and outstanding work orders including age profile. The role will also include working with HTFMBA to attach documents such as work approval requests, permits to work, risk assessment and method statements. To work with HTFMBA to assign spare part inventories, as well as to enable Maximo to import asset metre readings and reports on usage. The role will involve appraising the Facilities Manager on major issues and lead their resolution, whilst liaising with engineers of other disciplines. Another major part of the role is to work closely with the ICT team to align Maximo with Oracle.
Requirements
To apply for this position candidates should demonstrate all of the above qualities as well as be an expert with (CMMS) Computerized Management Systems and Maximo in particular. Hold a BS Degree or equivalent from an ICT institute, with a good working knowledge of the Maximo Program. The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years’ experience in Airport Health & Safety Procedures.
