The RoleThe RoleWorking for an Oil & Gas contractor. Mechanical and electrical engineering background. The Divisional Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the division, including inter alia: • Identifying and securing new opportunities • Preparing tender and bid submissions • Managing existing projects against predetermined performance criteria • Preparation and managing a divisional budget • Identifying strategic direction for the division Requirements • A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or suitable equivalent • A minimum of 10 years senior management experience in a contracting environment • A minimum of 15 years contracting project management experience • Strong leadership skills • Exceptional communication skills (especially in English) • Capable of leading a team of technical diverse project managers • Very good report writing ability • Strong strategic management skills |
