The RoleThe RoleObjective: To carry out job functions in the field of supervsion and management of the inplementing for the following construction activities like HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting services installation , Testing & Commissioning for ,Highrise Residential , Commercial , Hotel Projects Main responsibilities: -Responsible for complete project execution from basement level up to handing over of project for MEP related works. -Responsible for quality execution and commissioning of HVAC , Plumbing,Drainage & Fire fighting, installation, testing etc -Overall responsible for meeting contract requirements in terms of scope, performance, quality and safety related to MEP. -Monitor the project activities as per approved MEP program of work, Specifications & clients satisfaction with applicable local authorities norms. -Attending Weekly Progress & Coordination Meetings with the Contractor, Project Management & Client for Site Works Reporting to : Construction Manager Subordinates : Mechanical & Electrical Draftsman,Site Engineer Other interactions : Clients & Contractors Number required : 1 Duration : Full time Desired start date : immediate Probation : 6 months Working hours : Sat-Thu,8:00 to 5:00 Travel requirements : No Gross monthly base salary : - 15,000 AED inclusive all Commission / Bonus : - Other Benefits : - |
