The RoleThe RoleResearch, plan, and design mechanical and electromechanical products and systems, and directs and coordinates activities involved in installation, application, operation, and repair of mechanical or electromechanical products and systems • Research and analyzes data, such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. • Design products or systems, such as instruments, controls, engines, machines, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systems, applying knowledge of engineering principles . • Plan and direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems • Direct and coordinate the installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications. • Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment. • May evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. • Mechanical engineering experience in heat transfer, hydraulics, electromechanics, controls and instrumentation, tooling, air-conditioning and refrigeration. |
RequirementsRequirements• Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering • Comprehensive technical and construction experience in life support services operations • Good understanding of associated general services and security operations • Proven construction, management, financial, administration, logistical, and contract skills • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic, preferable with good skills of French • Customer-focused • Commercially astute with well developed business skills • Excellent safety awareness in all aspects • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • Methodical, thorough, proactive, numerate • Computer literate on Windows-based applications • Minimum 8 Years of professional experience |
