Job description / Role
- Ensure that all machines are running well by following up and coordinating with maintenance/production technicians/operators
- Arrange for preventive maintenance activities by preparing all materials and tools needed to support the planned activities for the week
- Receive all preventive maintenance orders and apply all activities accordingly
- Submit the signed PM2 order after finishing the preventive maintenance activities to the maintenance scheduler
- Update the preventive maintenance program (task list) to ensure that each program covers all machine and equipment
- Receive the maintenance request from the maintenance scheduler and take necessary action to address the request
- Support all mechanical trouble shooting activities
- Create and sign an internal technical report for all problems that takes more than 4 hours breakdown and ensure that this report is closed and properly filed
- Create PM order for all mechanical activities done during the duty shift
- Update the preventive maintenance program based on machine status
- Follow-up the SAP daily downtime session to monitor that all down time are properly booked
- Create purchase request order for all unavailable mechanical spare/new items
- Follow-up with Purchasing Department until requested materials are received
- Review and take necessary action to close all mechanical open points mentioned in the list of maintenance open points
- Read and review the tool maker/utility shift logbook and ensure that the information is always updated and clear
- Communicate with all external contractor and follow-up all activities done by them and ensure that all are done as per our requirement
- Perform other functions as required by immediate superior
Requirements
- 5 Years of Industry experience required
- BS Mechanical Engineer
- 5 Years in mechanical maintenance activities experience in mechanical maintenance, trouble shooting, ERP
