Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Kentz urgently has a requirement for a Mechanical Project Engineer, based in Abu Dhabi. Tentative mobilization date for this role is on 1st of March 2015.

Responsibilities
- Develop Statement of Requirements (SOR), conduct Pre-Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), FEED studies and prepare scope of work for all minor projects.
- Review Pre-FEED, FEED scope of work documents from Major projects.
- Review and comment on engineering documents from Major projects.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline with relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent Professional Qualification
- Six or more years of relevant experience in leading project technical duties along with planning, coordinating, and managing project activities, within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of standards relating to piping and mechanical equipment is mandatory.
