The RoleThe Role Contract compliance: Follow up studio approval on all Marketing Ads/artwork and features. This feedback should be based on 1) previously obtained studio specific feedback, 2) existing contractual terms 3) or editorial content (wrong information etc). Quarterly and Monthly planning: Follow up with channel managers to get all program information required for Western Programming quarterly and monthly planning. Work with the SVP of programming to finalize both monthly and quarterly plans. Network Branding and artwork : Keep track of all artwork received from program licensors or produced by Creative Services and Marketing. Work closely with creative directors&/or Senior producers to ensure compliance with channel styles guides and gather all elements of artwork and send them to all necessary departments to maintain continuity of message and presentation. Coordinate with external agencies and production facilities to follow up work in progress of any outsource productions Orbit's Home-page: Managing both contents, artwork and updating of all corporate functions. Daily management of the VIP list: Working closely with Creative Directors to manage Cross Channel promotions and daily management of air-time to ensure proper exposure of VIP promotions and network events across the Orbit Platform. Supervise CSU facility coordinator by giving the necessary support to ensure efficient use of post-production facilities. Put together quarterly reports and executive presentations. Attend Directors operational meetings and keep track of all minutes and action points. |
RequirementsRequirementsHigher education or equivalent television experience. LANGUAGE: Fluent Arabic and English both written and spoken is a requirement. EXPERIENCE: Design background and degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in the television broadcast industry. High level computer skills and databases. Experience in design software (PhotoShop, Illustrator) CHARACTERISTICS: Able to work on own initiative Able to work independently on specific projects Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work flexible hours; often long hours on a consistent basis Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Adaptable and flexible with changing work demands. |
