Employment: Full Time

Media Manager wanted for global media agency. We are looking for someone who is able to work with many different types of personalities. Candidate will also need to have strong communication skills. The ability to build relationships with vendors is important.

The team is integrated and for this position, we are looking for someone with a digital activation and traditional planning experience to round out the team.

Expectations of Role
- Update and issue budgets
- Check plan packets, deadline reports, and other film documents
- Create film summaries and media highlights documents for other departments including Media Relations, Publicity, and Exhibitor Relations
- Update company-wide calendar
- Media planning participation as directed by Supervisor
- Build compelling presentations
- Take on short term and long term media projects advancing the departments goals
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic thinking to Media Planning & Promotions
- Provide media and entertainment research insights that impact individual campaigns and media overall
- Provide assistance and support to senior execs and team-mates wherever needed

Requirements

- Media Planning Skills
- Fluent in media terminology and formulas; ability to analyse media plans, schedules, and buys
- Must be technically trained with experience in building media plans from start to finish
- Ability to stay flexible with job responsibilities and in all situations
- Comfort and ability in multi-tasking and re prioritizing work on the fly
- Comfort in participating in group meetings, presentations, and to overall media strategies; having a voice, contributing with suggestions and ideas, brainstorming
- Comfort in presenting, both formally and casually - in both big and small rooms
- Creative thinking. Finding solutions, building initiatives impacting media campaigns, and formulating creative, marketing/promotional ideas
- Minimum of 3 years media planning experience
