Job description / Role
Working with the production and creative teams to efficiently organize photo, film, radio and digital content shoots from conception through to job closing and billing
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with major agencies and producers to ensure the smooth running of TV, film, radio and video production
Diary management, meeting coordination and scheduling for productions
Preparation of materials for productions
Carry out research for productions as required
Preparing sales quotes and proposals and following up with clients
Invoicing and accounts management
Budget management
Track content usage rights
Ensuring that contract terms are met
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Project management
Invoicing and accounts management
Preparation of sales quotes and proposals
Experience in media production would be an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills
Accounting, invoicing and budget management
Education:
Bachelors Degree as a minimum
Candidate Profile:
Excellent organisation and planning skills to cope with any size project
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a busy environment
Ability to multi-task on several projects
Excellent follow up skills
Confident and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills fluency in English is essential
