Media & Publishing Supervisor (Saudi)

Job Purpose:
To establish, manage, and enhance fruitful media relations, and supervise the corporate messages and editorial materials that include; corporate magazines, press releases, articles, interviews, speeches, brochures, and film scripts, in order to establish and enhance the favorable image of the company locally and internationally.

Accountabilities:
- Works with the direct boss on the process of developing a strategy for corporate communications for the company in order to ensure that the desired corporate image is being established and enhanced with the appropriate emphasis.
- Contributes with high levels to prepare the department execution plan including tactics and budgets.
- Coordinate with staff to apply the corporate identity and work on materials like messages, editorials, and logo for publishing and editing in the appropriate manner and form for and display of all branded materials in accord with the company strategy.
- Supervises and prepares all the corporate published materials in printed media or online networks, in all output formats; news, press releases, articles, interviews, speeches, brochures, and film scripts, in order to improve the brand awareness.
- Monitors and follows up all published materials that deal positively or negatively with the company information either published by the company or by any other affiliate or competitor.
- Establishes and enhances media relations, invites media practitioners to attend and cover the corporate events, and follow up with them to complete their requirements, and be sure of the publishing dates.
- Coordinates with media and the involved departments to publish the company advertisements.
- Supervises and prepares the corporate website contents to be matched with the corporate messages and information.
- Prepares and supervises the primary drafts of corporate presentations and speeches.

Requirements

The applicant should have at least a bachelor degree or higher in related subjects, with minimum 5 years as work experience in the field. He should have fluent written English and Arabic with good ability to lead and work with work teams. Also, he should have the ability to establish and manage good relations internally and externally.
