Job description / Role
- Reviewing and validating group medical claims, assuring the accurate input of name, date, diagnosis and approval of claims on the claim system;
- Processing both in-patient and out-patient claims according to the policy terms and conditions;
- Pursuing providers to arrange their bills in a way facilitate our process to the new project of E-claims;
- Obtain information from healthcare providers to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on claims forms if needed.
- Register and stamp the number on claims documents.
- Understand and adhere to all Compliance requirements, including but not limited to, reporting of suspicious transactions, screening requirements, as applicable, and the retention of Company records; plus provide timely support and unrestricted access to information as well as attend all training requests from Compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience of medical claims
- High school or graduate
- Strong communication skills in all formats
- PC literate
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and function in high volume area
- Ability to handle deadlines and proactively problem solve
