Medical Claims Auditor Specialist - Orient

The duties and responsibilities for this role are the following:

* Responsible for review and audit of medical reimbursement and claims.
* Assist in the issuance team in policies renewal, consumption and loss ratio processing.
* Handling approvals whether for chronic medication or surgeries to meet the client's needs concerning each policy.
* Point of contact with the key person of each policy holders to provide satisfactory customer service.
* Receiving checks and ensuring their delivery at appropriate time for the client.
* Dealing with our TPA's and our clients.
* Making statistics monthly and loss ratio and consumption from the online system.

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

* Preferably holding a Bachelor's degreein Commerce.
* Having over2 to 3years of work experience in medical insurance claims.
* Well-versed in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
