Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manage and have overall accountability on the operation and performance of a Claims unit
- Develop and implement the units strategy in line with the departmental and company strategy, set operational goals and initiate measures to reach these goals and to improve the overall unit performance.
- Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against departmental and unit specific goals.
- Ensure that claims adjudication/processing tasks are performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and meet all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- 8+ years of related experience; minimum 5 years of experience in a management / supervisory role; OR
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or Section Head in any of the medical units.
- Bachelor degree in a business related field or a Medical/Paramedical degree Masters degree is a plus.
