Medical Lab Specialist (Microbiology)

Job description / Role

Our client is a Multi Specialty Hospital of a major oil company in the Middle East that serves its employees and families as well as the residents of the community where the Head Quarters is also located. The hospital has been newly renovated and expanded from 171-bed to a 300-bed acute care hospital with state-of-the-art technology and facilities.

Purpose and Scope of the position:
Plans, Supervises all three sections of the laboratory Microbiology and supervises directly the final results of all tests and samples (Hormones and Cancer Cells tests).

Requirements

• MBChB from a recognized university plus Fellowship of the Royal College of Microbiologists or equivalent. (MRCM)

• 8 Years total experience and 3 years within the specialty following Fellowship or equivalent..
