Meeter Greeter

Job description / Role

Our client is a family owned business based in Kingdom of Bahrain; it has always been keen to seek out new business opportunities and pioneer new industries while reiterating its commitment to quality and customer care.
Our client is currently looking for a Meeter Greeter for one of their showrooms.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and answer inquiries from persons entering the showroom.
- Understand the products and services and the customers current relationship.
- Effectively educate and guide the customers.
- Handle all walk-in customers at the showroom by either directing them to appropriate counter of by resolving their inquiries.
- Cross sell products and services to walk-in customers through proactive approaches.
- Provide basic information on products and services.

Requirements

- The candidate should have a friendly personality.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate should have good communication Skills.
- A related experience is preferred.
- The candidate should have problem solving skills.
