The Role


The Role


To monitor and benchmark new product and benefit options for Privilege Club. Assist the Membership Benefits Officer to ensure the programme is positioned as one that is innovative and relevant to our members, generating a superior return on investment for the airline.

Assist in the implementation of new membership benefits that will truly differentiate Qatar Airways and Privilege Club as a leader in loyalty marketing, and enable us to achieve our corporate objective of addressing customers needs and wants.

Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required

Experience:
2-3 years loyalty marketing experience/2-3 years customer contact experience
Knowledge of Privilege Club
Proficient in Office applications; Word, Excel, and Access
Strong communications and organisational skills required

Skills/Expertise:
Experience in loyalty programmes and associated membership benefits
Ability to effectively gather data is required
Understanding of key trends in loyalty marketing
Takes initiative, multi-tasks, and can work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills required
Multi-lingual a definite advantage
Demonstrates quality consciousness
Works within organizational structure and culture
