The Role


JOB PURPOSE:
To create, monitor, benchmark and cost new product and benefit options for Privilege Club, ensuring the programme is positioned as one that is innovative and relevant to our members, generating a superior return on investment for the airline.

Identify and implement new membership benefits that will truly differentiate Qatar Airways and Privilege Club as a leader in loyalty marketing, and enable us to achieve our corporate objective of addressing customers needs and wants.

JOB ROLE:
Manage the member benefits programme for Privilege Club and Qatar Airways
Be the subject matter expert on the Privilege Club member benefits programme
Supports the development of the loyalty programme strategy for Qatar Airways

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Research or a related field is required

Experience:
- 3-5 years loyalty marketing experience
- 3-5 years Customer contact experience
- Strong knowledge of Privilege Club

Proficient in Office applications; Word, Excel, and Access
Excellent communications, organizational and presentation skills required

Skills/Expertise:
Experience in loyalty programmes and associated membership benefits
Ability to effectively interpret data is required
Understanding of key trends in loyalty marketing
Takes initiative, multi-tasks, and can work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills required
Multi-lingual a definite advantage
