Membership Manager - Arab Speaker ONLY, but must have Dual or European Passport.

This Abu Dhabi based Exclusive Beach Club is situated in stunning surroundings and offers a relaxing environment with lively, vibrant atmosphere created by guests and colleagues.

Then club offers signature dining, spa and gym.

• Membership acquisition.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Create a Club spirit.
• Build up loyalty to the Club.
• Develop partnerships.
• Position the Beach Club brand.

Main Duties

•Membership acquisition: reach the target of 400 Members (300 in 2012), according to the client mix and rate structure defined in the Membership Plan.
•Act as a Host, presenting the Members to each other as appropriate, making their lives more enjoyable in the Club, in order to nurture a Club spirit.
•Develop relationships with partners reinforcing the offering of unique advantages to the Members.
•Provide monthly reports and analysis of the evolution of the Membership base (quantitative, qualitative – customer satisfaction and other key performance indicators defined with General Management and Membership).
•Run the Membership budget within guidelines and targets assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

Required Competencies

•Business school background or equivalent.
•5 year experience in Tourism and/or Club/Membership Management, or as a Host. Experience of a Membership Club environment desirable.
•International profile, well-travelled and educated. Ideally, a Member of a Club already, aware of the benefits required by Members.
•A natural networker, open, smiling and outspoken, however rigorous, result-driven, delivering on time, flexible and able to work under pressure.
•A team player with a high level of integrity and respect.
•English and Arabic ESSENTIAL, French desirable.

The successful candidate must have a European passport and speak Arabic.
