Merchandiser

Job description / Role

- Follow the pre-designed route plan
- Implement monthly 4Ps objectives as communicated by the Supervisor
- Execute and implement POSM material
- Report availability of company assets on monthly basis
- Follow FIFO and ensure that the product freshness is maintained at all times on the shelf for all categories
- Competitor activity reporting and verbal daily reporting to the Merchandising Supervisor
- Reporting Customer/Consumer related quality issues

Requirements

Minimum qualification:
Secondary School Certificate and UAE Driving License

Experience:
1 Year functional experience preferably in FMCG/Retail. Fresh candidates can also apply.

Functional Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of FMCG industry
- Good knowledge of company products and brands
- Good Understanding of company's merchandising guidelines

Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Ability to work under pressure situation and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proper and prompt reporting
