Job description / Role
A market leading FMCG business in the UAE is currently looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to fill in a challenging Merchandising Manager role based in Dubai.
As the Merchandising Manager, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
* Oversee the activities of Merchandising Coordinators and ensure that they are utilized to achieve all merchandising projects
* Communicate all trade marketing plans to the merchandising team
* Ensure that all related materials and resources are available at all times
* Analyse results of promotional activities to define the correct level of merchandising service needed
Requirements
To be a successful candidate, the following qualifications are required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
* At least 3 years of experience within a merchandising management role in a similar FMCG business
* Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
* Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
* Keen attention to details
