Job description / Role
• Assist customers on non-product related consulting engagements such as strategy development and system selection
• Provide business process advice and strategy for our customers at a macro level
• Ensure post-implementation success by managing timely support responses or escalation to client requests for support
• Create written documents such as site visit reports, proposals, strategy reports and specifications.
• Test and QA developments
• Work on-site with clients to provide high quality advice and deliverables
• Manage client engagements and ensure that we deliver the best solutions for clients
• Build existing client relationships and support operations to add to current client portfolio
• Help prepare client proposals, tenders and reports on an ongoing basis
• Maintain a best practice working environment in terms of compliance, risk, financial management, etc.
• Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for our clients
• Provide training to other members of the team as and when required
Requirements
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology for managers
• Experience on large scale ERP or Core Banking transformation project experience is mandatory
• ACCA/CA/CPA will be beneficial
Knowledge/Experience:
• Experience in either AX functional or technical consulting
• Microsoft certifications in AX
Essential skills:
• Candidates must have business process knowledge and deep Microsoft Dynamics AX skills in anyone or combination of Financials, Projects, Expenses, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Material Resource Planning, HR, Payroll and Reporting / BI
• Microsoft Dynamics AX functional design experience and consulting experience
• Track record of Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation experience
Salary offered : AED 10000- AED 12000.
