Job description / Role
An opportunity has come about due to planning expansion of the Microsoft CRM (2011 & 2013) and NAV (2009 & 2013 R2) team. This IT Services company is now looking for an individual that has strong hands-on Microsoft CRM and NAV Functional and Technical knowledge and experience. The position will be responsible for delivering Dynamics CRM and Navision implementation projects as well as user support to our clients. You must have experience of multiple implementations within different industries.
Requirements
• A number of years experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision implementation experience
• Extensive hands-on experience in Navision and CRM 2011 and have/willing to explored CRM 2013
• Strong in both Technical and Functional aspects of both CRM and NAV platforms
• Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Skills:
Functional:
• Extensive experience collecting and documenting requirements
• Experience of understanding and improving business processes and implement them in the CRM and / or Navision system
• Experience with all features of Dynamics CRM i.e. Sales, Marketing and Service, etc.
• Able to hold end user training for both Navision and CRM
• Able to assist the sales team as the subject matter expert
• Able to design CRM and Navision solutions as per Microsoft methodologies and best practices
Technical:
• Able to implement customized solutions
• Extensive knowledge and experience to integrate CRM and NAV both with each other and other business applications via webservices
• Extensive skills and experience designing, configuring and performance tuning underlying database engines
• Experience of implementation of plug-ins and add-ons
• You must have experience in some of the following: ASP.net, C#, VB.net, WPF, WCF, AJAX, CSS, T-SQL, ADO.net, web-services, Forms/MVC, MS-SQL stored procedures and triggers, MS-SQL 2008 and above, java, etc.
Education:
• IT university degree
• Microsoft CRM and Navision Certifications (in both functional and technical related areas).
