The RoleThe RoleThis is a permanent role working on site with a very prestigious company, a global strategic partner to Cisco. Our client has offices in over 40 countries, and delivers some of the most advanced high profile NGN projects in the world. They were named Cisco's Global Enterprise Partner of the Year in 2006 and 2007. This opportunity involves the following; • Exchange administration • Active Directory administration • SCOM administration • Responding to Client requests • Call resolution from start to finish • System Maintenance • Experience working on Microsoft environment (minimum 3 years) • MCSE 2003 Certified with Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 |
RequirementsRequirements• MUST HAVE A TRANSFERABLE IQAMA VISA • Capacity Management and Availability Management knowledge • Problem Resolution and Troubleshooting. • At least 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows technologies. • Deploy and maintain the following Microsoft technologies; Active Directory, Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft Operations Manager 2000, Systems Management Server and Terminal Server. • Assisted with 1 or more implementations and migration projects involving the planning and deployment of Windows 2000/2003. • Disaster Recovery Processes. • Standard Operating Procedures documentation. • Change Control Administration. • Business Requirement Definition (BRD), Interpretation and Evaluation. • Project work as a resource and Project Management of small projects. • Reporting • 3rd Party Management |
