Job description / Role
Objective: Teach Microsoft technical and application courses
Main responsibilities: Teach assigned technical and application classes. Assist the training manager in supporting sales department. Set up computers for assigned classes. Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the training manager.
Reporting to: Training Manager
Subordinates: Training Supervisor
Number required: 3
Duration: Full time Permanent staff
Probation: 3 Months
Working hours: 8 hours
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc. with Professional Certification
Other certifications obtained: MCT, Microsoft Cloud, MCSE for Windows 2012, Exchange 2013, .NET, SQL, System Center, etc..
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as a trainer or 4 years hands on experience
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good communication and presentation skills, work under pressure, fast learner
Language Fluency: English, Arabic
