Job description / Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations director, the New Business Inception Associate will be responsible for ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication to guarantee optimum service. Based in our Dubai office, the successful candidate will be responsible for closely managing the inception process for all new customers, working effectively across functional departments to ensure seamless implementation for all new customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Liaise with marketing, underwriting, legal and operational service centers (UK & Bahrain) to ensure implementation timelines are met.
Maintain accurate records in SalesForce.com for all inceptions.
Work closely with sales consultants to gather all mandatory and compliant data to ensure seamless implementation
Adhering and understanding local legislation in all regions.
Building strong working relationship with internal and external customers to optimise quality and speed of implementation.
Develop and monitor logging systems allowing immediate visibility of new business implementation, providing regular updates to the sales and client management teams
Ownership of peer reviewing marketing collateral in conjunction with the marketing team ensuring all outputs are accurate prior to being release
Contributing to the increased reputation of 'service excellence provider' in the market thus achieving ongoing new business growth and high client satisfaction levels.
Requirements
Experience Required:
2 years experience in an operational team based environment.
Experience in meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities.
Healthcare background preferred (not essential).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
Self- motivated.
Ability to take ownership.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functional groups.
Influencing and negotiating.
Capable of prioritising workloads in order to meet tight deadlines.
PC Skill (Excel, word and Power point.
