This is a regional role in a dynamic environment with the potential for personal development. Working within the broader L&D team the role will be to plan, implement and drive the Middle East Graduate and Internship Programs.

Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the business and HC to define requirements and implement the Graduate Programmer.
- Develop and manage relationships with Partners and Staff to ensure the programmer is embedded within the overall business and People Agenda.
- Design and delivery of the Graduate Induction programmer, including event management and logistics
- Plan, implement and support on-going development pathways and development activities
- Plan graduate rotation activities across Lines of Service.
- To demonstrate best practice standards, and competitor analysis, to ensure delivery of a best in class programmer.

Requirements

- Ability to travel to in the ME region as required
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- A self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on their own initiative
- Must be available to work flexible hours and be flexible in the role
- Ability to work with a team against tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills and experience working with a Learning Management System
- Event Management experience-desirable
- Project Management experience
- Ability to coordinate and manage ad-hoc development needs for Graduates across all Lines of Service and the region
- Shared responsibility with Regional HC to ensure all Graduates under-go effective induction and on-boarding
