Located in a stable yet fast paced environment, ADS Securities is developing a new and dynamic Forex market from the far-east to Europe for 24/6 investors.

As part of our continuing growth, ADS Securities is seeking dynamic and committed professionals for the role of Middle Office Reporting Executive.

The Reporting Executive will be responsible for Internal Reporting of Clients Volumes and P&L (mark-ups, rebates, swaps) and the External Reporting of Client Volume for external partners.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Flow in the Middle Office Department, the Reporting Executive will ensure the Quality of Reports including accuracy and efficiency.

Other responsibilities will include:
• Compute daily reports for ADSS management on Volume, Markups, Commissions and Swaps
• Communicate volume reports to sales (daily)
• Calculate rebates to IBs and WLs (monthly)
• Calculate bridge and prime brokers fees (monthly)
• Provide statistics on the flow (volume per currency, per hour, per client type…)
• Provide on-demand reporting and dashboards internally and externally
• Develop reporting tools
• Drive standardization, efficiency and simplification throughout organization;

Requirements


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years experience in Middle-Office or Back-Office within a Brokerage or Treasury environment. They will have detailed knowledge of trading systems and post trades. Excellent knowledge of VBA and Database is a must as is Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
