Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded multinational organisation operating within the construction and engineering consultancy market. With a major presence in the Middle East and continued growth within the company, our client is looking to hire a temporary Mobilisation Coordinator to join the business within the Talent Acquisition function.

This role will be responsible for the onboarding of candidates joining the business. You will send offer letters to candidates, liaising by telephone and email to guarantee all queries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also handle visa documentation and ensure that all required administration is completed for audit purposes. Additionally, you will assist with international mobilisation, this will include all travel and accommodation bookings when bringing new employees into the UAE.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience dealing with the onboarding process for senior level candidates, with a particular focus on international mobilisation. You should be familiar with the visa process as well as all the required documentation. This is a high pressured and dynamic position, therefore it is essential you are meticulous with strong administration and multitasking skills.
