Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our friendly team.
This role is responsible for dealing with all mobilizations to Qatar which would include:
- Booking mobilisation and demobilisation flights
- Arranging Exit Permits, Business/Work Visas
- Arranging accommodation and car rental
- Ensuring contractor files are up to date.
- Speaking with Client and Contractors on a daily basis.
- Booking contractor medical appointments
- Requesting NOC's from clients
- RP Renewals and cancellations
- Assisting with opening new bank accounts.
Requirements
- IT literate - MS Office
- Confident and enthusiastic
- A team player
- Excellent organisational skills
