Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a globally recognised construction and engineering consultancy. Our client is a highly successful and innovative firm with offices worldwide. Due to the company's enormous growth, our client is looking to hire a Mobilisation Specialist to join their team in the Dubai Office.
This position will be highly demanding and will require you to deal with multiple aspects of the organisation whilst introducing new employees to the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be western educated to Degree level preferably in an HR or business related qualification. You should also have at least one years experience working in an HR environment, specifically within mobilisation, talent acquisition and on boarding. It is essential you have excellent organisational and communication skills.
