Job description / Role
Role: Mobilization Supervisor
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Facilities Management, Logistics or Procurement related qualification.
Skill:
To manage the mobilization of all resources, plant and equipment required for the successful start up of new Facility Management contracts.
Operational duties:
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Prepare the operational requirements for each new contract with the business development team.
Recruitment of required human resources for each new contract with HR department.
Work with Procurement and Logistics team.
Liaise with client, incumbent service, main contractors, consultants and Document control and record all necessary handover documentation such as O & M Manuals, As Built Drawings etc.
Review of commercial and technical contract requirements.
Requirements
Develop a Mobilization Strategic Framework
Generate and instigate mobilization plan template that can be modified to suit individual contract requirements.
Develop and deliver monthly mobilization reports.
Processes, systems and procedures.
Coordinate the development of the Mobilization Policies and Procedures and provide input for the same in Logistics and Procurement.
Health and Safety
Customer services oriented facilities management (FM) and procurement / Logistics experience.
Exceptional organisation and project skills.
MS Office knowledge.
Knowledge and understanding of of H & S and environmental responsibilities.
