Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a broadcasting house in Dubai, is seeking a modern trade sales person to look after relationships with multiple retailers in the UAE.

The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years solid experience in dealer and/or commercial channel business; hands on sales and operational experience.

Key Functions:
- Maneuver the opportunities and tackle the challenges of the local dealer and commercial channel in order to create a consistent approach to the channel and therefore deliver a best practice performance.
- Pioneer the leadership and work closely with marketing and the local sales directors to position the brand in respective the channel that in turn maximizes revenue output.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the dealer & commercial channels that are responsible for selling the brand in country, identifying best practice and working with sales directors to locally apply.
- Offer insight on how the brand's retail should be developed through channel development & expansion.
- Maneuver the opportunities and tackle the challenges on respective channel uniqueness, working closely with Marketing to pioneer the brand's dealer and commercial brand in the respective channel.
- Achieve sales and revenue target through core existing growth to secure the solid growth platform.
- Manage and maintain rate card and minimal ARPU values for all commercial activity and deliver an annual pricing strategy to ensure revenue growth is implemented through renewal activity.

Requirements

- University degree or similar within business administration or marketing\
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Arabic preferred
- Team player with ability to get things done through others (working within a matrix management structure)
- Results oriented, structured, analytical and well organized
- Has strategic orientation - able to analyze customers and build future targets and action plan with clear focus and priorities
- Experience working in the UAE with different cultures and being a strong
motivator
- Innovative and persistent
- Able to think and act outside standard solution
