Employment: Full Time

The Monitor Administrator is responsible to ensure that all meetings required by the Monitor are fixed in time and follow up is done to ensure that meeting minutes are duly received . The job holder works as part of a team with other role-holders, who support each other to fulfill the requirements of the Monitor engagement.

The job holder works flexibly to support all aspects of the Monitor engagement across workstreams as required.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
* The job holder's primary responsibility is to ensure that all meeting requests are fulfilled in time. This includes meetings requested by the Monitor as well as meetings requested by the Bank
* Back up for the Monitor Fulfillment Coordinator to cover :
* Working as part of the team to provide day-to-day coordination of the Monitor Fulfillment function - ensuring all information provided to the Monitor is provided in accordance with defined timelines; all required approvals and supporting documentation obtained; all information requests and proactive sharing is fully and accurately tracked in the Monitor Document Tracker; and that all escalation routes for delayed requests are followed and documented.
* Monitor fulfillment support to special projects as required;
* Timely and accurate completion of all Monitor Engagement Fulfillment reporting for Project Steering Committee (PSC), Project Steering Group (PSG) and Project Working Group (PWG) as required

Requirements

* BA or BS
* 5 or more years relevant experience as a project coordinator or junior project manager/similar role
* Excellent organization skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, Visio and MS Project a bonus
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, flexible and adaptable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
