Job description / Role
Award winning British real estate agency, is looking for CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their established and growing team.
The company operates a traditional UK estate agency model in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The mandate is to deliver exceptional levels of mortgage advice to a fast growing and developing property sector.
Specific Duties
- Provide a compliant mortgage advisory services to a wide range of clients including British, European Expats as well as HNW Middle Eastern clients
- Working closely with Sales Agents within the business converting qualified leads into mortgage business
- Achieve monthly targets
- New business generation
- Maintain Client relationships and portfolios
- Deal directly with banks and a wide range of conventional and Islamic lenders operating in the UAE
Requirements
- Applicants must be CeMAP qualified
- Applicants must have at least 2 years mortgage advisory experience from a bank, estate agency or mortgage brokerage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships
The salary is 50% commission on all Banked Business + Residence Visa + Excellent training and career development opportunities.
