Mortgage Broker / Loan Officer

Job description / Role

- Ability to write credit in a format easily understood by the banks
- Prepares financial reports for presentations to banks, for self employed and construction clients
- Work closely with the Loan Officer at the bank on closing new loans; act as a second review of notes
- Maintain file integrity keeping in mind the confidentiality of client files and internal control guidelines
- Financial statement preparation
- Cash flow analysis for debt servicing

Requirements

- Previous banking experience in Dubai, minimum 5 years
- Extensive knowledge of loan core system in the UAE
- Extensive knowledge of accounting processes related to loan servicing.
- Good organizational, analytical, multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Multi-lingual an advantage
