Mortgage Consultant

Job description / Role

Responsible for planning, managing and directing the daily activities of mortgage operations

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing all mortgage related functions which includes sales, funding, processing etc.
• Developing and implementing loan criteria, policies, procedures for risk management and internal control purposes.
• Conducting financial analysis supporting the activities of portfolio purchase, management, origination, securitization and financial modelling.
• Ensuring efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
• Overseeing the productivity and budgetary performance of mortgage operations.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum one (4) years of work experience in a related role within financial / mortgage sector. Preferably from an IFA or a Banking institute.
• Must have at least a Bachelors Degree.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Computer Proficient: MS Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheet) and Internet.
