The RoleThe RoleTo Direct, Lead and Manage the Multi Media production and technical teams in the execution of all department specific activities. Accountable for delivering safe and successful events in line with the companies Marketing objectives and add value to the guest experience. To coordinate and monitor all technical activity relating to installation, preventative and reactive maintenance of all existing and future Multi Media equipment to ensure minimum downtime or system failure. To actively manage and co ordinate projects assigned to the Multi Media production and technical teams. |
RequirementsRequirementsThis position requires a mature Manager with rounded experience in both production and technical implementation and management. Strong people management skills combined with an ability to manage complex projects with numerous stakeholders are a significant requirement. Full flexibility, innovative thinking and an ability to work under pressure are also required 5 years minimum experience and technical understanding of digital media and audio systems. BSC (or equivalent) technical qualification in electronics or control engineering Medium Level exposure and knowledge of media production and events support/management Proactive and detail oriented person with strong people management, organizational and project management skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Understanding of retail business and environment Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Tertiary Qualification in Management/Business or Projects |
