Position: Muslim Project Manager – Makkah – Saudi Arabia – Major Projects
SAR 45,000 – 50,000 + Annual Flights & Private Medical
Working on behalf of a leading multinational contractor, I’m currently looking for an established senior level project manager (minimum of 15 / 20 years independently full life cycle experience) for a high rise Hotel development project based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Project Director your role will be to oversee the successful completion of this multi-billion dollar value project. Working closely with other departments to ensure effective delivery of all aspects of the project you will be confident working under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
Managing a large team of multi-disciplined professionals, you will need to have an excellent ability to lead and manage. This project is large and complex and will demand excellent project management acumen whilst further developing your experience working on mega projects.
Working in Makkaw is a great opportunity to see a fast developing culturally significant area of the Middle East with the additional benefit of working on one of the area’s largest development.
Requirements
If you are the right person for this position you will possess the following attributes:
- 15 - 20 years’ experience
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Previous experience working with a leading international contractor
- Experience of delivering complex major projects within the GCC
- A strong background in high rise / mixed use developments
