The Role

i. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
ii. Strong background in Microsoft technologies
iii. Strong communication and documentation skills
iv. Experience in designing and developing web and desktop based applications
v. Acquaintance with commonly used frameworks and Software Engineering practices
vi. Hands on development experience in .NET specifically in ASP.NET (with C#), Web Services, XML, HTML, AJAX, Javascript, CSS, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework (EF)
vii. Team player (should have worked with and led midsized teams)
viii. Strong design skills and working knowledge of design patterns
ix. Database design and development (SQL Server, Oracle)
x. Acquaintance with Software Development methodologies
xi. Microsoft certifications (MCTS) will add value but are optional
