The RoleThe Role• Radio Network Performance Monitoring & Analysis Reporting • E2E Service Performance Management • Performance Counter Analysis & Formula Development • SQL Scripting and DTS Development • OSS Scripting for data and report automation • Regular Neighbour Relation Audit • Drive Testing & Analysis (TEMS & Ascom QVoice) • Software Development (C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports) • Web Development (ASP.Net, SQL Server, PHP-MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax) • Building Reporting strategy, structure and procedures. • Prepare regular and on-request report on network performance & quality. • E2E Performance & Service Management • Finding Network problems and escalate to concern department with suggestions for solutions. • Work as the Single Point of Contact for any performance related issues. • Coordinate & organize all Multi-Vendor Integration Projects from Ericsson MVO. • Report Automation with C#, ASP.Net and Excel. • Developing Database Server (SQL Server) for Performance Management and combined performance reporting for 3 vendors. • Developing scripts for performance data loading in Database. • Creating Web-based reports from PM Database Server. • Ensuring KPI and KQI target achievement. • Finding out bottle-necks within the network. • E2E Performance & Service Management • Finding Network problems and escalate to concern department with suggestions for solutions. • Finding out bottle-necks within the network. • Drop Call & Drop Distribution Analysis and taking steps to improve drop rate • Finding out Inter-Vendor call flow problems and suggest solutions • Performance Reporting for 2G & 3G (UMTS & HSUPA) network. • Finding Radio Access Network (RAN) problems and escalate to concern department with suggestions for solutions. • Ensuring monitoring and reporting for 3G KPI target for major KPIs (RAB Establishment SR, RRC Service Success Rate, CSSR, Blocking Rate, IRAT HO, Soft HO). • Also looking after major 2G KPIs like TCH & SDCCH Establishment, Blocking Rate, Random Access, Handover, CSSR, Paging & Location Update Success Rate. • Ensuring monitoring of GPRS/EDGE KPI target (PDCH, PDP Context, LLC Throughput, Preemption Rate). • Performance Database Development from scratch, including process development for data transfer from different OSS systems, developing script for data loading and finally combined performance reporting for 2 vendors • Analysis network problems and bottle-necks and suggest solutions. • Ensure Data Availability & Authenticity. • Drive Test and log file Analysis (TEMS Investigation) • IN Network performance monitoring • VAS network performance monitoring • IP network performance monitoring |
RequirementsRequirements1 at least have more than 3 years relevant experience. 2 at least have bachelor degree. 3 work place:muscat,Oman. 4 on board in 1 month. 5 Age range:22-50. 6 Language:Fluent English. 7 Gender: male. |
