Corporate NQ Lawyer - Dubai
Common Law Admitted
Completed training in a Common law jurisdiction
A US international law firm in the GCC are seeking a Corporate NQ Lawyer for their Dubai office. This is both an expansion & replacement position where the chosen junior candidate will be working with the some regions most high profile corporate lawyers
The Firm
The law firm in question have an exceptional reputation and seeking Common law educated (US, UK, Australian, etc.) admitted lawyer who has a background to reflect this. They have a solid presence in the GCC with offices thought Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. They are regularly globally ranked in legal 500 and the Partners are at the forefront of overseas transactions.
Role
The position is a junior post and will require candidate to remain within regular contact with the senior associates within the firm and assisting on their case load. This is a position due to the firms increased work load and candidates need to be able to seamlessly step into the post and meet the expectations required of them.
Requirements
The chosen candidate will need to have:
- Common law admitted
- Be either NQ or 1 PQE
- Trained at a leading international law firm
- Having sat and completed seats in Corporate & Commercial matters
- Committed to the region
Candidates will preferably have:
- GCC Exposure
- Sat within some banking transactions
Benefits
Due to the jurisdiction most candidates can expect full, tax free, expat package which will include medical insurance and flights back to their home jurisdiction.
The actual salary will be between entirely dependants on candidates exposure.
