The Role:

You will contribute to the overall success of Starbucks by achieving and exceeding sales revenue and profit objectives with new and existing Wholesale/Out Of Home (OOH) accounts nationally through leading a team of National Account Managers within a channel of business. You will be responsible for delivering designated channel share of the Starbucks wholesale/OOH AOP sales revenue, expenditure and profit.

Responsibilities include:

* Coaching the team to enhance their performance and improve skills on gap analysis, analytical work to ensure achievement of targets
* Developing and implementing (through the field team) national account promotional activity that drives rate of sale and improves retention
* Managing the identification and execution of incremental point of purchase (POP) plan within existing outlets
* Leading new business engagement which drives new distribution within the channel
* Working collaboratively with the licensing team
* Constantly reviewing the foodservices industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement and identifing areas of risk to Starbucks
* Developing ACP (annual channel plan) and strategies to deliver to the plan
* Developing best-in-class understanding of customer/channel including the ability to articulate Starbucks wholesale customers' own commercial goals and KPIs and understands the value that Starbucks contributes to these goals
* Leading the Foodservices team's contribution in local community events
* Leading coffee ambassadors, developing a coffee quality strategy and promoting coffee through training sessions, coffee tasting and aroma labs.

Requirements

You will have/be:

* A degree level education.
* A passion for excellence, displaying resilience and determination
* Strong commercial leadership skills and able to develop strategic plans
* Passionate and committed to achieving business results and developing a team or future talent pool
* 8-10 years' experience in the market
* 3-5 years' experience in a senior management role
* Comfortable working with numbers and able to use data to support decision making.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint to an intermediate level.
