National Accounts Manager - Starbucks - UAE

As National Accounts Manager for Starbucks in the UAE, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of new business, achieving account profitability and sales targets, serving as the primary account contact and providing account leadership. You will be responsible for organising and maintaining your own time, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases, as well as providing coaching to your team and motivating them to take action in order to achieve operational goals. You will also take responsibility for distribution, tracking the amount of SKU stocked.

Other responsibilities will include:
* Reporting to the National Account Controller on a weekly basis, preparing RTM (Route-to-Market) analysis of personal objectives
* Reviewing the Foodservices industry on a regular basis in order to identify key areas of growth, as well as concerns and opportunities for improvement
* Identifying and developing relationships with key clients and decision makers within (FSP) Foodservices Provider companies
* Developing strategic relations with senior management of FSP/client companies in order to disseminate knowledge of Starbucks foodservices
* Assemble Key Account Management Reports for quarterly business reviews with various FSP companies
* Analysing the RTM financial performance throughout the year and reacting accordingly to achieve the yearend target

This role will see you supporting the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of both the Starbucks brand and Alshaya's business alliances. It is an ideal position for an experienced candidate with the desire to develop and implement appropriate business propositions within the FMCG industry, and to work closely with FSP clients in order to promote business alliances nationally and create leads for other partners within food services and licensing.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience driving sales for a coffee brand, as well as excellent negotiation skills which support an ability to lead and make good commercial decisions. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to build winning relationships with both internal and external clients, and an enduring passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

* At least 5 years' sales experience with at least 3 years in a management role
* Experience within a sales / foodservices environment
* Excellent communication skills (credible influencing and persuasion)
* A thorough understanding of the industry and channel structure and the inter-relationships
* PC Literacy.
