Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.The purpose of this role is to plan and achieve the budgeted Net sales, gross margin net profit and CSI for TOYOTA locations in the U.A.E by developing a strong service network and Customer centric team proactively by anticipating the Customer needs and competitors initiatives.

The main job responsibilities will include:
Budgeting: To prepare the annual service department budget by taking into account the Units in operation, future units sale, past performance to ensure that the Company's Objective of growth is in line with the Market conditions.

Revenue & Profit : To achieve and exceed the budgeted target on Net sales, Gross Margins and Net profit by maximising the revenue streams and optimising key Service KPI's of Productivity, Efficiency and Utilisation.

CSV : To develop, implement and improve the service process to enhance the Customer service experience and retain CSI no 1

Dealers Standards : To work with the principles on developing, implementing and improving on the Standard service transaction defined by TOYOTA for all the locations across U.A.E

Customer Retention : To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer retention and service coverage ratio by proactively anticipating the changing Customer needs and demands

Staff Retention & Emiratisation: To develop and implement systems for motivating the team members to increase their engagement levels and attract new comers and Emiratis to be a company of choice through training & development, regular meetings and defining career path for highly engaged workforce.

Facility, Manpower & Equipment Planning : To assess and recommend the requirement of Facility, manpower and Equipment in anticipation of the future business requirement

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualification, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile. Post graduate in Business management would be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience: 10-15 years in Automotive service department with 5 years in Service Manager position

Job-Specific Skills: Understands Automobile Engineering, Dealer Management system usage and MS office

Behavioural Competencies : Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills, People focus and Excellent Customer handling skills.
