Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

National responsibility and accountability for the continuous (sales) development, growth and profitability of companys Pharma and Healthcare Industry. Core responsibilities cover the development of sales of pharma & healthcare related services of key accounts and other clients, develop market segmentation strategies & sales initiatives, alignment of Regional strategy to global strategy, close liaison with Regional Pharma Competence Centre Manager in the delivery of appropriate solutions, establishing knowledge-sharing within the respective teams and generation of clear and consistent measurement and tracking.

Main responsibilities include working closely with the Global Pharma Team and taking the Regional lead in the following activities:

1. Creation, communication and execution of Regional Sales & Development Strategy.
2. Business growth and development through taking the lead in the Regional Pharma sales process and providing support at National level business planning to activities, customer interfacing to account tracking and reporting.
3. Initiate market segmentation, customer clusters, marketing initiatives to stimulate successful sales of pharma services.
4. Identification of regional key target Pharma Healthcare accounts at all levels (Tier 1, 2 etc). Working with the local sales management teams to profile and complete a business acquisition strategy.
5. Taking appropriate corrective actions when concerns on business and customer delivery arises.
6. Providing feedback on the creation and enhancement of product suites using personal knowledge and interactions with key clients.
7. Knowledge sharing and engagement to ensure teams are up-to-date in critical information relating to Pharma activities.

Requirements

- Supply Chain Management within Pharma and Healthcare
- Extensive proven sales record
- Proven In-depth knowledge of Pharma industry and good awareness of competitors business strategy
- Robust multi modal and supply chain knowledge from door-to-door in regards to pharma & healthcare industry
- Understanding of CAPA process and GDP / GMP accreditation
- Very good knowledge of Pharma-related QSHE processes, requirements and formats
